What's the Story?

A truck full of dynamite goes missing and a huge explosion takes part in a different part of the city. A famous builder and his wife go missing after the explosion. With no leads and fingerprints, investigation reaches a halt, but there’s new hope when a palm reader enters the picture and provides information about a person without visible finger prints. What’s the mystery behind this explosion and person without fingerprints?
