What's the Story?

The CID team gets invited to a Diwali party. ACP Pradyuman and the boys seem to be enjoying but Daya senses something fishy. People at the party light up some crackers but when the smoke settles, a dead body is found lying on the ground. ACP Pradyuman and the team notice that a rocket had gone throught the deceased. What could explain such a phenomenon?
