What's the Story?

A man named Ravi jumps from a terrace and commits suicide. His friend, Mayur who is waiting for Ravi at a party consults CID when he cannot get in touch with Ravi. CID traces Ravi’s phone to his location, only to find his dead body. But peculiarly, despite having died from the fall, and having no traces of an operation on his body, Ravi only has one kidney.
