What's the Story?

A truck explodes with a dangerous nuclear chemical and the cops find a body inside. After investigation they find out that the chemical was stolen 2 years back from a nuclear facility but the man who stole it is dead. He has been dead for six months. And the chemical found is only a tiny percent of what was stolen. The CID team now has to find out why after 2 years this chemical is being shifted, is there a bigger plan for this explosive chemical. But they do not have any leads as the main culprit behind the crime is dead. They have to find the answers before this chemical destroys the entire city.
