What's the Story?
Grand Albert's Telephoto Transformer is mistakenly delivered to a boy named Marcel who lives in Paris. When the camera makes a beetle named hugo grow into a giant insect it's up to Jett and Dizzy's Rescue Riders to save the city and the Eiffel Tower and shrink the beetle back to normal size.
