Drug content includes a character taking large amounts of prescription pills, with empty bottles shown around her. Characters roll and smoke marijuana, and accidentally get high from nitrous oxide. A character injects a cosmetic fluid, and another distributes party food laced with drugs. Casual jokes reference mushrooms and cocaine.

Violence includes shootings, beheadings, stabbings, blade slashings, and a throat-cutting with blood spurting. A character is hit by a car and flung into the air. Severed limbs and characters impaled on spikes also appear. Much of the violence is comedic and played for laughs.

Sexual content is explicit and graphic throughout, including masturbation, anal and oral sex, sex toys, pegging, and references to STIs. An animated group sex scene is shown vividly. In one scene, a man explicitly teaches his nephew how to perform cunnilingus by rolling a joint, pushing his face under a woman's skirt, and placing the joint in her exposed genitals. A butt plug is shown falling from under a woman's skirt, exposing her buttocks. Buttocks nudity appears again at the end of the film, involving multiple characters.
