A dog commits suicide in front of Paris Hilton in the episode "Stupid Spoiled Wh*re Playset" Some characters are often shot through the head and a graphic blood and brain splatter follows. Wendy gets breast implants in a surgery and blood is shown along with her nipples. Quite graphic
