Profanity includes "f_ck," "sh_t," and "bastard" alongside milder language such as "b_tch," "a_s," and "crap."

Alcohol and tobacco use appear throughout. Characters are drugged on occasion.

Violence is graphic and frequent. Characters are beaten and thrown around rooms with their heads bashed against surfaces. A ghoul is stabbed in the eye with a knife and another is stabbed in the stomach and chest with blood spraying. A ghoul savagely twists his own foot, spraying blood. A character has their fingers and toes amputated during a torture scene, shown offscreen. A bloody corpse is pressed against a fish tank. A female ghoul is brutally executed in front of her child. Ghouls are shown eating human bodies.

Sexual content is mild to moderate. Verbal references to implied sexual activity appear occasionally. A man's buttocks are briefly visible while bathing, and a nude woman hugging a man from behind shows both their buttocks and some of her side. Women occasionally wear revealing outfits with noticeable cleavage. In one scene, a woman crushes a man's testicles with her feet.
